Melbourne

I like walking around the city with my camera, discovering new little nooks. Melbourne is a great place for that because you never know what's around the next corner; a funny little window you spot when spending too much time by the waffle cart or a pretty bike leaning against a wall.

Apak

Apak Studio is made up of wonderful creative duo Aaron and Ayumi. They make sculptures, dolls and paintings that are sweet and magical. Not to mention the best cookies I've ever seen.

Carousels and Cones

The weekend weather would have been great for staying indoors and keeping my toes warm. Instead I went to the beach, ate cheap ice cream cones in the chilly sea breeze, went on a rickety rollercoaster and got rained on while waiting for the tram. I hope you all had an equally memorable (if not drier) weekend. :)

Come Home #12

Finally found some time to do some scanning of the sweet 'Come Home' magazine (Volume 12). My scanner needs a clean! I seem to be going through a magazine addiction these days. I'm curious, what are your favourite magazines? :)

Pan's Labyrinth

Pan's Labyrinth is one of those unique films you can watch over again because of all the detail and thought that has been put into each scene. I find it to be such a beautiful and disturbing film (the monsters are very imaginative!) and Guillermo del Toro has done an amazing job blending fantasy and reality. There are also some great notebook pages up on the website if you're interested!
