The home of artist Meryl Smith seems to have taken its inspiration from natural history museums and Wunderkammer. Anyone that owns a teabag shirt is, in my opinion, fantastic. Here to see close-ups of the mummies and to peek into the home of other arty types.

For some reason, there is something charming about taxidermy. Although it can be creepy (depending on the context), I think there is a warm quality about stuffed animal bodies, despite their cold skins :-P.

Mila: Thank you sincerely Mila! Keep up your blogging. :)

Alice: I know, the shirt is the best! I wish I had thought of that...

Young Mind: I agree, there is something strangely fascinating about taxidermy. At the same time, it probably would creep me out after awhile, I really don't know...

Hila: Thanks for reading! :)
