Hansel From Basel

Most girls seem to have a weakness for shoes, though I think socks can be just as wonderful. A great pair of socks goes a long way, and also keeps your toes warm.

These lovely pairs were designed by the talented Hannah of Hansel from Basel whose designs are unique and playful. These pictures are from their Autumn lookbook which was shot by Nicholas Haggard, whose work is so beautiful (and worth a look!).

Pauline

Some stills from 'Pauline à la Plage' which I watched awhile ago. The storyline doesn't really develop very much but I liked the funny boyishness of the main character Pauline.

Tsumori

Some pretty Korean clothing and styling found via Hogan Wren and Tsumori website. I have a thing for giant oversized cardigans that you can wrap yourself in. Hope you're all looking forward to the weekend. :)

Catching Up With Myself

This week consisted of apple tea, binding a few little books with some new thread, belly laughing with old friends, finding nice zines, thinking about socks and scones. Also, my menagerie of animals seem to be growing. You? :)
