Two pictures I like from National Geographic magazine Feb 1976.

Wearable art.

The first top is designed by illustrator Fontaine Anderson for clothing label Perks and Mini and the second by fashion designer Tsumori Chisato who often uses hand-drawn prints and landscapes on her clothing.

Today was a really wonderful day. It was super windy (kind of like the name of this blog) and I started a few new projects. I also ate the most delicious lasagne with the most wonderful people and now I'm full of cheese and contentment.

I think Antoine Doinel has to be one of my favourite characters in cinema.

She also does very good watercolours of bears balancing treats on their noses, and pictures of chocolates in those little ruffled paper cases. Very charming!

"The prints are inspired by the sky. The idea is to tell the story of a day looking at the clouds. The prints move from sunrise, to overcast, storm to blue sky and sunset. I wanted the clothes to feel free and be beautiful in their simplicity."
